BDS Testimonials - Beaverstate Dental Systems

Dr. Middleberg
Orthodontics Limited, PC  Lebanon, NJ

I just wanted to drop you a note regarding our outstanding satisfaction with your product. I must tell you that I had tremendous trepidation about ordering ten dental units from a company that I was not familiar with and did not have any "track record" yet. Roger Constantino, our Benco representative, felt strongly that yours was a quality product, and I trusted him with this decision.

We have been in our new facility approximately six months now. In that time we have had the chance to really put your dental units to the test. I must tell you that the transition into out new facility was a lot easier due to the fact that all of the dental units worked so well from day one. As you know, there were a couple of minor issues with the hoses and third handpiece set-up that we did not want on the units. Beaverstate went "beyond the call" with providing the support that Benco needed to correct the issues in a timely manner. (Even overnighting the necessary parts at no charge.I realized that shipping parts overnight cost Beaverstate more then the parts themselves.) In my experience with many different dental units over the years, I believe yours is the finest I have worked with. We are considering some expansion in our second office in the near future and will definitely be in contact with you to discuss our needs at that time.

In conclusion, I must thank you for your help in all of this. Your overseeing from ordering, to delivery, to set up and customizing, was greatly appreciated. Please feel free to give my name as reference (or bring someone by the office,) should the need arise.

Sincerely,
Harold L. Middleburg, DMD Dr. Sartelle

To whom it may concern:

I recently replaced some dental equipment. I researched several manufacturers equipment for my assistants carts. (XXXXX, Beaverstate and XXXX). Beaverstate provided the greatest value in equipment for me. I asked for some different options (other then standard) which you willingly complied. The price through my dealer was very good and the cart was made to give many years of good service.

Thank you! Keep up the good work!

Sincerely,
Harry M. Sartelle, III, D.D.S. Dr. R Jackson D.D.S.

I wanted to share my experience in dealing with Beaverstate Dental. I had researched several brands of dental units to equip my new facility. There was a significant price difference between brands and I wondered why. All units had very similar functions and basic components. There was no substantial difference in the guts of the units. i concluded what makes the top name brands so expensive are an army of sales reps, a bloated budget and an abundance of wall paid management staff.

I have owned ##### units for years. They were expensive to purchase and still needed a fair amount of maintenance over a ten year period. I was impressed be a simplified design concept in the Beaverstate unit, thus easier maintenance. We know all brands need maintenance! Beaverstate delivers these products at a very reasonable price, I believe because they have watched their overhead. This is a lesson we dentists could learn from.

What became a wonderful surprise for me was the "knock your socks off" customer service after the purchase. I cannot tell you how many times I have called the 800 number with what seemed like a dumb question about how my unit works. I have always received great service and information from Beaverstate, in particular form you and Rick. You have both been great!

My recommendation for anyone considering an equipment purchase is to buy from Beaverstate and receive a great product at a very reasonable price versus paying twice as much for the traditional name brands. The customer service is the finest around from Beaverstate.

Thanks for your fine products and great customer service after the purchase.

Sincerely,
David Jackson, D.D.S. Dr. Larry Van Gordon

Recently I added 3 Beaverstate Dental operatories to my practice. After using them for sometime now, I would like to share my experience and feelings with you about the equipment. We have found these units to be very reliable and easy to use. I'm impressed with the simplicity of the design of the equipment, which means cleaning and maintenance is much simpler. I have other traditional well known brands of equipment in my office and have noticed that your equipment is far less problematic than some of my present equipment.

I have a very busy practice and "downtime" is not acceptable. The reliability and ease of use of your equipment proves that my decision to install Beaverstate equipment was the right one! I would recommend Beaverstate Dental equipment to any of my colleagues. I received a great quality product at a great price. I saved considerable money compared to the traditional name brands of equipment.

I invite you to use my name as a reference regarding the quality and reliability of my Beaverstate Dental equipment.

Sincerely,
Dr. Larry Van Gordon Dr. Robert B. Light

This office received a catalog from Beaverstate Dental in and since that time I have been ordering dental supplies and equipment accessories from your company. Whoever I have had a problem with any dental equipment that I own Rick was always there to offer advice, suggestions and/or corrections. Chuck has always been courteous and has never said no when requesting and specific order.

This office is grateful for the quality of your products which are everlasting and the care you honor upon placing any order.

Sincerely,

Dear Beaverstate:
While walking the floor at the Greater New York Dental Meeting, I had the opportunity to speak to Chuck Whistman and Ed Snyder from your company. Having purchased one of your pole-mounted delivery systems a few years ago, I was pleased to tell them how well the unit is holding up. I also told them that whenever I have has a question, I have always received a quick resolution by speaking to Rick. This past summer, when I had air pushing into my waterlines throughout the office, Rick solved the problem by telling me to replace a certain gasket in my other (A) unit.

I have two operators in my office and my Beaverstate unit is always my first choice. In the future, if I choose to purchase new equipment, Beaverstate would be my first choice.
Sincerely,
John A. Sorrentino, D.M.D Dr. Morton Silverberg

It was nice meeting you and discussing the new products with you. I was waiting to hear from another dentist who is in the process of equipping more operators and hoping to be able to recommend your equipment to them, Unfortunately for you they have decided to purchase used equipment locally.

I would highly recommend your equipment as I have had a Beaverstate unit now for almost 20 years and it is still functioning well. The only repairs which were necessary were some automatic handpiece controls which I was able to repair myself with parts which were shipped promptly by your company.

I look forward to meeting you again at the next dental exhibition.

Sincerely,

Re: Beaverstate Dental delivery units

I purchased a Beaverstate delivery unit several years back, as I heard it was a reliable unit priced very fairly. I believe that a dental repairman had said that it had fewer problems than most of the units he had dealt with, and after I finished researching it, I ordered one.
I was very happy with it, and it performed reliably as long as I owned it ( i sold the practice to relocate to the Pacific Northwest). i have no qualms recommending it as long as their is still of this realm, which I would imagine it is.

Dear Beaverstate,
I have been in practice for over 25 years, and I used many brands of dental equipment over the years. Most of my equipment has been ####. Over the years, I have gotten frustrated over their attitude of exclusiveness, and the high expense of not only their equipment, but replacement parts.

Last November, I purchased on of your dental carts. I have been elated at your high quality and excellent design of the product. The top has a large work area, twice the size of my ####. The quality is better then anything I have ever used. The functionality of the product seems tailored for me! keep up the good work. I'm proud that these are made in America.

I'm writing you to tell you of my satisfaction with the two units I purchased from Beaverstate via ####.

I've only used them for two months, however they are very satisfactory and I would recommend them,

Respectfully,
Eric Hohnwald, D.D.S.
